Pre-Launch Checklist
This checklist ensures all key components of a ConveYour Campaign are properly configured before launch. Use this to verify that content, automations, and data tracking are in place for a smooth rollout.
Campaign Info
☐ Public Name – Set a name that participants will see.
☐ Course Description – Appears on the landing page and in the learner portal under "Info".
☐ Banner Image – Displays in the learner portal under available courses.
Content & Scheduling
☐ Lessons & Content Added – Ensure all required lessons and materials are included.
☐ Content Scheduling Verified – Check that drip schedules or release dates are correct.
Registration & Confirmation Messages
☐ Welcome Text Message – Ensure the {{url}} link is included so learners can access the portal.
☐ Welcome Email – Also include the {{url}} link for access.
(Optional) Landing Page
If you are using a landing page in for your ConveYour Campaign:
☐ Ensure your landing page has a course description and banner image or video.
☐ Ensure any automations involving your landing page have been set up and tested.
Learner Portal
☐ Leaderboard Visibility – Enable for competition-based courses, disable for self-reflective training.
Timing Options
☐ Time Zone – Matches the audience’s location.
☐ Start Date – Ensure correct start timing.
☐ End Date – If not required, set far into the future.
Billing
Required only for paid courses:
☐ Ensure Stripe integration and pricing are set up if monetizing.
Invite Tools
Required if participants will be self-signing up:
☐ Hashtag for Self-Sign-Up – If using, keep it short, lowercase, and without special characters.
Testing
☐ Enroll Yourself - Once all items are checked off, test your campaign before launching to real participants!
