What are Campaign Templates?
Campaign templates allow you to reuse entire courses or campaigns, saving time while maintaining consistency. This feature is especially useful for recurring events, onboarding programs, and standardized training courses.
Why Use Campaign Templates?
Reusability – Quickly launch new campaigns with pre-existing content.
Consistency – Maintain lesson structures, messages, and automation settings.
Efficiency – Avoid recreating content for recurring events or training programs.
Campaign Template Examples
1. Speaking Events
Create a standard engagement campaign for event attendees.
Save as a template and reuse it for each new event.
Simply update event details and invite participants.
2. Employee Onboarding
Convert a static onboarding process into an interactive mobile experience.
Use a template to onboard new hires with pre-set lessons, review, and policy downloads.
How to Create a Campaign Template
Navigate to Main Menu > Campaigns > Templates.
Click New Template (top right).
Select an existing campaign or import a SCORM file to turn into a template.
Launching a New Campaign from a Template
Navigate to Main Menu > Campaigns > Templates.
Click the 3-dot menu next to the desired template.
Select Create Campaign.
A new campaign is generated with the same content, structure, and settings.
