Creating a Workflow

Setting up a Workflow Campaign is as simple as creating an inline "Join By" or "Start Date" campaign.

  • Go to Main Menu > Campaigns > New Campaign.

  • Select New Campaign > Build a Workflow!

  • Start adding your content immediately.

Understanding Workflow Components

Workflows use nodes to automate processes and control the flow of content.

Key Workflow Elements:

  • Jumps: Move contacts between different steps in the workflow.

  • Conditions: Apply logic-based rules to determine next steps.

  • Waits: Pause actions for a specified period before continuing.
