Navigating through our system just got a whole lot easier! With the new tooltip feature, you can now access quick assistance that provides valuable information on every page. Whether you're unsure about a specific function or need a refresher, tooltips are here to help you out.

Use Cases

Here are some scenarios where tooltips can make your life easier:

  • Contacts Page: Access an overview video and important links to help documents to understand how to manage your contacts effectively.

  • Groups Section: Discover everything you can do, even if you’re starting from scratch.

  • Campaigns, Lessons, and Automations: Get contextual help while building out campaigns or lessons, ensuring you don’t miss important features.

How to Access Tooltips

  1. Navigate to Any Page: As you move through the system, keep an eye out for little question marks that signify where tooltips live.

  2. Click on a Question Mark: When you see a question mark, click on it to reveal the tooltip.

  3. Watch the Overview Video or Read the Description: Most tooltips will have an overview video. If there’s no video available, a comprehensive description will guide you through the features available on that specific page.

Quick Example

  • If you're on the Contacts Page and want to understand its functionalities, simply click the question mark to get an overview video and a list of help documents linked to that page.

  • On the Campaigns Page, while building a campaign, make use of the tooltips to learn about different triggers — they explain each item you can use effectively while creating your campaign.
